This Family Medicine practice provides concierge medicine to a few hundred patients as opposed to thousands normally seen by traditional medical practices. The cost of the program is $3000 per person per year. This program does not replace insurance, but the program is compatible with many insurance plans.

Dr. Haworth, born and raised in Southern Nevada, considers Henderson her community and home. She has been practicing medicine in Southern Nevada for more than 20 years. As a doctor and a cancer survivor, she understands the importance of good health. She believes that a solid relationship between a doctor and a patient is crucial to providing quality care. By working together, a doctor and her patient can optimize health and quality of life.
